Do I have be a UW student or qualify for UW family housing to live at Radford Court?
No, everyone who meets our rental criteria is welcome to live at Radford Court.

Do you accept pets?
We certainly do, but since we are an apartment community, some breed restrictions do apply. Up to two pets per apartment are allowed and a refundable pet deposit applies. No pet rent!

Do you have garages or covered parking?
A free, reserved, uncovered space for each apartment is conveniently located near your building. Secondary spaces are also available to rent monthly.

What perks do UW students receive at Radford Court?
The University of Washington provides free internet service for students. Don’t forget to bring a router!

Are you close to bus routes?
Yes, a King County Metro bus stop is located right at Radford on NE 65th and Sand Point Way NE. Buses #62, #74 and #75 will take you right to Green Lake, downtown and UW.

Is the apartment furnished?
No, but each apartment comes with full size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and washer/dryer. You can rent furniture from rental companies for a monthly fee or bring your own.

Are utilities included?
Residents are responsible for electricity and water/sewer/garbage. Comcast is the cable provider if desired.

Radford Court does not accept comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports.
